Game description

The game starts off with the player choosing a random colour from the rainbow, this colour determines how the rest of the game is experienced. You walk through the rainbow and depending on your chosen colour the experience and what you see through the glass is different.

Cultural values/themes

The most dominant cultural value is equality. We want to present to the player how the starting point of their character (the colour) affects their life and opportunities. There is also an aspect of freedom, in the sense that you might not be presented with some choices and the choices you are presented to are predetermined by the colour you chose.

Interactions 

the player can choose between 3 different colors (without knowing, its economy classes) (lower, middle, upper). You then spawn in a panorama rainbow world. Depending on your chosen color, the view out of the panorama is different. The player has an easy WASD movement, and can run around in the panorama. While running the panorama is blurry, so you need to stand still and focus on the “window” to see the point of view.

Stories and emotions - experience

We want the players to experience a sense of unfairness and emotions like frustration. 

Our game will make sure that the player will recognize differences in the chosen colors. And through that the player will see the differences in life based on how you grow up (economy wise).
